ASAP is AfriLabs' premier continent-wide acceleration track. Designed to prepare high-growth African startups for venture scale, the program combines masterclass coursework on Canvas LMS with hands-on venture architecting, financial model auditing, and direct introductions to over 150 institutional venture capital funds.

Jurisdiction review (Delaware / Mauritius / local entity)

Market Expansion & Traction Acceleration

Cross-border market validation, distribution corridor optimization, and B2B pipeline growth.

Key Milestones:
Execute cross-border pilot in a secondary African commercial corridor
Customer acquisition sprint with 25% MoM pipeline target
Complete Canvas LMS Masterclass on Regulatory Sandboxes & AfCFTA
Phase 3 • Weeks 9 - 12

Institutional Due Diligence & VC Demo Day

Preparing investor data rooms, term sheet negotiation simulations, and pitching to 150+ VCs.
